Colliers Germany strengthens entrepreneurial participation – seven more managing directors join as shareholders

Colliers Germany expands its circle of shareholders and strengthens the management’s corporate co-responsibility

Colliers Germany is expanding its shareholder structure: In addition to the four existing minority shareholders, seven further members of the management board will become new shareholders. In doing so, Colliers is sending a clear signal for the company’s strategic co-responsibility and entrepreneurial DNA. Colliers Germany Holding remains the majority shareholder.

“With the new shareholder structure, Colliers once again underlines its entrepreneurial attitude,” explains Felix von Saucken, CEO of Colliers Germany. “Through their participation, all shareholders have a direct influence on the strategic orientation and co-creation of the company. This creates more entrepreneurial freedom and offers Colliers in Germany even more opportunities to react flexibly to market conditions and customer needs. The personal investment is a clear commitment to Colliers and our future corporate success.”

The strategic decision is also very much welcomed at the international level. Davoud Amel-Azizpour, CEO EMEA at Colliers, comments: “I am very pleased that we are able to actively involve our management and massively strengthen the bond with Colliers. I am very much looking forward to all the upcoming tasks and decisions that we will tackle together as a team – and to living up to our claim of accelerating success.”

The expansion of the circle of shareholders is in line with Colliers’ international approach of specifically promoting entrepreneurial co-creation.
