Colliers Germany expands its circle of shareholders and strengthens the management’s corporate co-responsibility
Colliers Germany is expanding its shareholder structure: In addition to the four existing minority shareholders, seven further members of the management board will become new shareholders. In doing so, Colliers is sending a clear signal for the company’s strategic co-responsibility and entrepreneurial DNA. Colliers Germany Holding remains the majority shareholder.
“With the new shareholder structure, Colliers once again underlines its entrepreneurial attitude,” explains Felix von Saucken, CEO of Colliers Germany. “Through their participation, all shareholders have a direct influence on the strategic orientation and co-creation of the company. This creates more entrepreneurial freedom and offers Colliers in Germany even more opportunities to react flexibly to market conditions and customer needs. The strategic decision is also very much welcomed at the international level.
