The law firm Grünecker Patent- und Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB, one of the leading law firms in the field of intellectual property in Europe, is renting approx. 8,000 square metres in the Brienner Karree. The owner of the property ensemble is the Doblinger Group, for which DIBAG Industriebau AG coordinates the project development and leasing services. Occupancy of the new areas is scheduled for the beginning of 2028. Colliers has successfully accompanied the leasing process since the end of 2024.
The Brienner Karree is located in a central city centre location in Maxvorstadt. The spaces at Brienner Straße 24/24a offer a combination of classic architecture and modern revitalisation. The previous location in Leopoldstraße was convincing with its prestigious location and exclusive front garden, but in the long term it no longer met all the requirements of the law firm.
In the Brienner Karree, all those involved finally found a solution that combines the claim to reconcile the character of the existing building and the qualities of modern use. The location combines a traditional and representative environment with modern, flexible working environments in a central location. This will be complemented by usable green spaces, high-quality old buildings and a modern revitalisation in Brienner Straße.

The fact that we have now also been able to support Grünecker in the realignment of the firm’s location underlines how important well-founded, reliable and long-term partnerships are.”
