Colliers is realigning its investment division in Düsseldorf and strengthening its position in the market. Karim Klingberg will become Head of Capital Markets at the Düsseldorf office. Klingberg has been with Colliers for eight years and is firmly anchored in the North Rhine-Westphalian investment landscape. He has many years of transaction experience in Düsseldorf as well as in the area of B & C cities in North Rhine-Westphalia. Over the course of his career, he has worked for both an institutional investor and a management consultancy. Previous positions included aik Immobilien-Kapitalgesellschaft and Deloitte Consulting.
