Ulf Buhlemann, Head of Non-Transactional Business at Colliers Germany, says: “I am very pleased that we have been able to win such a top-class and experienced valuer for Colliers in Sebastian Gerhardt. Sebastian brings in-depth expertise in the professional management of commercial portfolio valuations and in the management of large teams. He is the ideal complement to Markus Thormann to further establish and expand Colliers’ valuation in Germany in terms of expertise, technology and efficiency.”
With the new dual leadership, Colliers is realigning its valuation division and creating the basis for further growth. The focus is now on the organic expansion of the team. Colliers also plans to fill the position of Senior Director Valuation at the Munich office. This puts Colliers in a strong position for the valuation of residential and commercial real estate on the Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich axis.
