Hannover Leasing, owner of the office property “The Bench” at Zollhafen 15-17, was able to extend a lease agreement for an area of almost 3,000 m² with a tenant on a long-term basis. The prestigious property is located in a prominent location in Cologne’s Rheinauhafen between the “Kranhaus Süd” and the “Kranhaus 1” and offers a direct view of the Rhine. Since completion of construction at the end of 2007, ‘The Bench’ has offered modern office space with individual interior designs on over 7,600 m². Savills acted as an advisor and broker throughout the leasing process.
