Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltung AG has successfully extended several leases with a total area of more than 7,000 m² for the special fund “Deutsche Investment – Büro I” at the Halberstädter Straße location in Magdeburg in the medium to long term.
The largest share of contract extensions is represented by the Fit Training Academy, which uses around 4,200 m² as office and training space. The long-standing tenant has not only committed to continuing the lease, but has also secured additional space for expansion in the course of the extension.
The property in Halberstädter Straße is characterised by its convenient location, a flexible building structure and a high level of third-party usability. In addition to the Fit Training Academy, other existing tenants were also won over for long-term cooperation through targeted discussions and individual space requirements analysis. In addition, two new contracts totalling around 500 m² were concluded.
In one of the portfolio extensions, tenants and Deutsche Investment were advised by Aengevelt.
