As part of an asset and portfolio management mandate, Domicil Real Estate AG has sold three neighbouring residential properties with 166 residential units and 42 underground and outdoor parking spaces in the Bonn district of Bad Godesberg to GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen in an asset deal. The ensemble includes buildings from the years 1956 to 2017.
The total lettable area of the properties fully let at the time of notarization is 13,044 m², the average apartment size is 79 m². In recent years, continuous rent increases have been achieved. A key component of the performance was also the energy-efficient renovation of a part of the building at Grüner Weg 43, including the successful completion of a KfW grant. The measures led to a significant improvement in the energy efficiency class from E to B and a reduction in CO₂ emissions of around 80 percent.

As a domicile, we like working with the existing building, we are able to raise values even in demanding situations.”
