Three educational institutions are moving into new premises in Hamburg’s City Süd submarket. To this end, they have taken on new leases for a total of 1,200 m² of office space, arranged by the Office Leasing Team at Newmark Hamburg.
MySchool gGmbH will in future occupy just under 500 m² at the Fleetbüro at Wendenstraße 375–379. The building, which has a total floor area of 32,000 m² and is 95 per cent occupied, is owned by a Hamburg-based family office.
Meanwhile, two further educational institutions, one of which is a charity, have secured 490 m² and 210 m² of office space respectively at the Nexus at 92 Hammerbrookstraße. Both tenants have already moved into their new premises. The Nexus, which has a total floor area of approximately 9,000 m², is currently 65 per cent occupied. The owner of the office building, a company within the FREO Group, has appointed Newmark as lead agent for the spaces that are currently still available.
