Aengevelt is brokering the sale of two commercial properties in an industrial park in the town of Willich, east of Düsseldorf, for a seven-digit euro amount to a Rhineland family office, which acquired the properties for the targeted expansion of the regional portfolio. In total, the two properties have around 7,650 m² of office and commercial space as well as approx. 150 car parking spaces. The seller is a fund initiator who sold the properties as part of portfolio restructuring. The purchase price was not disclosed.
“The commercial properties are located in an industrial park directly on the A 44 motorway and thus offer excellent regional and national transport connections. For example, Düsseldorf and its international airport and the Ruhr area can be reached quickly by car. In addition, the properties have a wide range of rental space sizes for a wide variety of needs and sufficient parking spaces. In addition, the properties offer further potential for value appreciation due to partial vacancies and thus possible new lettings.
