Full occupancy in the office and commercial building on Gautinger Strasse in Starnberg: ehret+klein has signed a five-year lease agreement with the engineering firm Putz + Gritl Beratende Ingenieure PartG mbB. An office space of 207 m² on the 2nd floor was rented. The engineering office for supply technology from Passau is opening a branch for Starnberg at the location – in a region in which it has already been involved in several projects. After the land has already been handed over, the move is planned for 2026. With this step, the company is strengthening its regional proximity to clients and project partners in the greater Munich area.

“With the Starnberg location, we create short distances and are closer to our customers,” explains Daniel Gritl, Managing Director of the engineering office. “At the same time, we are sending a clear signal for further growth and long-term commitment in the region,” Gritl continues.

The conclusion of the new lease marks an important milestone for the building from the Greater Munich Real Estate Fund’s portfolio.

“With the renewed full occupancy of the property in Starnberg, we are offering the investors of the Greater Munich Real Estate Fund stability with high returns at the same time. This building is emblematic of the high quality standards that we apply to the management of the assets of this fund,” says Anton Bernhard, Head of Fund and Asset Management at Ehret+Klein AG.

Upon completion in 2019, an architecturally striking building in light industrial style was built at the Gautinger Straße 1c-d site. The development of this project was carried out by ehret+klein itself. The office and commercial building has a total of 4,595 m² of rental space. In addition to the headquarters of Ehret+Klein AG, the three upper floors of the building will house further office space that is currently used by the manufacturer of touchless hand sanitizers Steripower, the provider of digital solutions for personnel decisions Transfair Navigator and the consulting firm Prisma Insights. The office use on the upper floors is supplemented on the ground floor by the Aumüller Brotfabrik and the organic retailer Alnatura. The building also houses the e+k cohub, a coworking space. Thanks to the wide range of uses, this building has become an important point of contact in the Starnberg industrial park.
