After renting the first unit of around 10,000 m² in the Bremen freight village at Heinrich-Wiegand-Straße 12 a few weeks ago, Fiege Logistik Stiftung & Co. KG is now also taking over the second unit. This means that the company occupies the entire logistics property of around 20,000 m². The landlord of the space is Goodman Germany GmbH. Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG once again acted as an advisor and broker.
The expansion enables Fiege Logistik to respond to the continuing increase in volumes of its customers at the Bremen location and to further expand its own presence in the Hanseatic city. The property offers modern technical standards, including a hall height of 10.50 m UKB, several rear access gates, side loading and unloading tunnels and energy-efficient LED lighting.
The Bremen freight village is one of the leading logistics locations in Germany and impresses with its excellent transport connections in the North Range and the direct accessibility of important seaports.
