Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate signs lease agreement for 1,800 m²
With the lease of around 1,800 m² to FITSEVENELEVEN, Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) has gained another high-footfall tenant for Munich’s city centre. “With FITSEVENELEVEN, we are expanding the mix of uses of the Joseph Pschorr Haus with a modern, activating component that fits perfectly with the future-oriented positioning of the building,” says Stefan Bögl, Chief Operating Officer of BHRE. “Especially in a premium location like Neuhauser Straße, offers are needed that appeal to different target groups, revitalize the property all day and strengthen its resilience in the market. The letting pays directly into our long-term asset strategy of developing high-quality inner-city properties flexibly, sustainably and in the spirit of a lively city.

The space rented by FITSEVENELEVEN offers ideal conditions for the implementation of a high-quality fitness and club concept. With its characteristic bronze-glass façade, the green inner courtyard as well as its DGNB certification in platinum and EU taxonomy conformity, the Joseph Pschorr Haus is one of Munich’s sustainably realized inner-city buildings.
