As part of space optimization, Software & Support Media GmbH, one of the leading providers of information and services for tech professionals with around 200,000 users worldwide, was looking for new premises for its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. Aengevelt provided the company with comprehensive support in the search and brokered a long-term lease agreement for around 705 m² of office space in the “Hanauer Landstraße 182” property in Frankfurt-Ostend, which comprises a total of around 8,400 m² of rental space. Leases will start in summer 2026. Software & Support Media GmbH will then move its location within the Ostend here.
“Software & Support Media GmbH was looking for modern office space with good infrastructure in terms of transport and public transport connections as well as gastronomy and local amenities in the immediate vicinity of its previous location. To this end, we have prepared and presented the complete market offer according to the search criteria. The office/commercial building “Hanauer Landstraße 182″, which optimally meets the above-mentioned requirements and in which the company’s work structures and processes can be ideally mapped thanks to its efficient floor plans, was convincing,” says Stephan Gödeke, leasing expert at Aengevelt Frankfurt, describing the property and location qualities and adding: “Last year, Aengevelt already acquired the telecommunications provider 1&1 in the Ostend office building on around 3,700 m² “DOCK 2.0″ will be located in Lindleystraße and around 2,600 m² of office space will be brokered by a serviced apartment operator, who will convert the space into high-quality serviced apartments. Overall, the transactions prove that Frankfurt’s Ostend is an established and sought-after location.”
