For the expansion of market activities in Germany and Europe. Frankfurt area: Aengevelt brokers SolaX Power Europe GmbH’s new German headquarters.
The Chinese technology group Sino-Era New Energy, which focuses on renewable energies, was looking for a larger location in the Frankfurt area for the headquarters of its German subsidiary, SolaX Power Europe GmbH. Aengevelt Immobilien brokered a lease agreement for the company for around 660 m² of modern office and showroom space in the office/commercial property “TRIO Neu-Isenburg”, Gutenbergstraße 6-12 / Rathenaustraße 54 in the southern industrial area of Neu-Isenburg. The landlord of the property, which has a total rental area of around 18,000 m², is the Emon Group, headquartered in Darmstadt. The lease will start in spring 2026. SolaX Power Europe GmbH will then relocate its German headquarters from Eschborn to Neu-Isenburg.
“After a successful start-up phase, SolaX Power Europe GmbH was looking for larger areas in the Frankfurt area to expand its sales activities in Germany and Europe, in particular for a showroom to present its solar systems. In addition, the location we brokered, with its combination of office and showroom space that fits exactly the search profile, offers excellent conditions for sales and marketing activities throughout Germany and Europe and targeted expansion due to its convenient location in the southern Rhine-Main region,” comments Neelam Mahtani-Staehle, leasing expert at Aengevelt Frankfurt, and adds: “This agreement confirms the attractive business location of Rhine-Main as a the first choice of many international companies for their business in Germany and Europe.”
