As part of location and space optimization, the Volkshochschule Frankfurt, the largest publicly funded continuing education institution in Hesse, was looking for new, significantly larger premises for its Bockenheim location. Aengevelt provided the VHS with comprehensive support in the search and brokered a long-term lease agreement for around 835 m² of office space in the “ALVEARIUM” at Gräfstraße 97. The landlord of the property, which comprises a total of around 18,000 m² of rental space, is BG Alvearium GmbH, a Munich-based portfolio holder. Leases will start in summer 2026. The VHS will then move its location within the district here.

The ALVEARIUM was convincing, as it ideally meets the above-mentioned requirements and whose areas are ideally suited for training and further education operations thanks to the efficient floor plans,” says Stephan Gödeke, leasing expert at Aengevelt Frankfurt, describing the property and location qualities.
