With the letting of over 2,000 m² to Colliers, Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate has fully let the Joseph Pschorr House
Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) has successfully leased the newly created office space of around 2,284 square metres on the 3rd floor of the Joseph Pschorr House to Colliers International Deutschland GmbH. This means that the property in Munich’s old town is fully let again. “The full occupancy of the Joseph Pschorr Haus is a strong sign of the quality and sustainability of central inner-city properties. In a highly competitive market environment, locations that convincingly combine location, mix of uses and sustainability prevail,” says Stefan Bögl, COO of BHRE. “The Joseph Pschorr Haus exemplifies our claim to develop and actively manage lively and long-term valuable properties in prime locations. An important factor for the rapid re-letting was also the constructive and solution-oriented cooperation with the local building commission of the state capital of Munich.
Colliers strengthens presence in Munich’s prime location
With the new location in Neuhauser Straße, Colliers is strengthening its presence in Munich’s city centre. The central location in the highly frequented pedestrian zone, the excellent infrastructure and the prestigious surroundings offer ideal conditions for further strengthening the market position in Munich. “The decision in favor of the Joseph Pschorr Haus is a deliberate commitment to one of the most prominent addresses in Munich. The combination of visibility, location quality and a high-quality office standard offers optimal conditions for our employees and our customers,” says Felix Kugler, Regional Manager at Colliers.
The Joseph Pschorr Haus is one of the defining properties in Munich’s old town. In addition to Colliers, well-known retail tenants are represented in the property. On the upper floors there are high-quality apartments. A public parking garage in the building makes it convenient and uncomplicated for tenants, customers and visitors to get there. The Joseph Pschorr House is DGNB Platinum certified and meets the highest sustainability standards. These include energy-efficient building technology as well as bicycle parking spaces and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in the public underground car park.
