COMER Group International acquired the Grand Hotel Gravenbruch on 30 October 2026. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Colliers acted as exclusive adviser to the insolvency administrators on the structured sale process for the hotel property and the associated hotel business. Colliers approached national and international investors with a focus on hospitality, value-add and repositioning strategies.
The hotel had previously switched to limited operations. The insolvency proceedings involving the Allsco companies focused on developing a viable future for the hotel site and ensuring the best possible realisation of its assets in the interests of the creditors.
The Grand Hotel Gravenbruch has 225 rooms, including 37 suites, as well as 18 function rooms and a spa area. Set within extensive grounds featuring a private lake, it offers space for conferences, weddings and private events.
