The seller of the 7,200 square metre plot at Radeberger Straße 11 is MWS Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft
GreenPlaces Deutschland Asset Management GmbH has acquired a plot of land of around 7,200 square metres at Radeberger Strasse 11 in the Vogelstang district of Mannheim from MWS Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH. The investment volume is around ten million euros. 30 two-storey commercial units in solid timber modular construction are to be built on the site. The building law requirements have already been met with the permit granted. Construction is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2025.
The planned modules each comprise two floors with a floor area of 6 by 13 meters per floor. The units are designed for a wide range of commercial use and offer space for office, production or warehouse functions. In addition, 81 car parking spaces will be built. Photovoltaic systems are installed on the roof of the rented units and provide cheap electricity.
