Robert C. Spies Gewerbe & Investment GmbH & Co. KG has brokered around 888 m² of office space in Bremen’s Überseestadt to HSP CONCEPT Bremen GmbH. The consulting firm will move into its new location in NEWPORT at Konsul-Smidt-Straße 8L on March 1, 2026. The landlord is the OPATZ Group from Bremen.
