JLL advises seller Hartmann Immobilien on the transaction
Hartmann Immobilien has sold the Combi retail park in Weener, East Frisia. The company is the real estate division of the Hartmann shipping company, based in neighboring Leer. The buyer of the property with the address Kirchhofstraße 3-5, Bahnhofstraße 1 is the investor Centerscape. Built in 2007 and expanded in 2021, the retail park has around 5,500 m² of rental space. In addition, there is a vacant building with 1,240 m² of space for development. J. Bünting Beteiligungs AG (Combi) is the general tenant of the ensemble, which includes the brands Combi, Rossmann, Takko and Schuhpark.
With this acquisition, Centerscape’s portfolio grows to a total of 273 properties and the company plans further acquisitions in the near future, both in Germany and in Poland and the Czech Republic.
JLL advised the seller and brokered the transaction. The buyer was legally advised by Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, team led by Christian Weinheimer, and technically by htm.a Hartmann Architektur GmbH, based in Hanover and Hamburg.
