Engineering firm takes up space of around 600 m²
The surveying firm KDS is relocating to new premises within Cologne. The company has let around 600 m² of office space in the Rheinpark-Metropole building at Auenweg 11. The move from Graf-Geßler-Straße 5 to the new premises is scheduled for this December. JLL advised the tenant and brokered the deal.
The Rheinpark-Metropole in Cologne-Deutz was created following a comprehensive refurbishment of the Rheinhallen in 2009. The property has a total gross floor area of 160,000 m². The anchor tenants are RTL and HDI. The occupancy rate currently stands at 85 per cent.
