JLL advises on the transaction of the approximately 11,000 m² site in Sophie-Germain-Straße
uniVersa Versicherung has acquired a plot of land at its headquarters in Nuremberg for its new corporate headquarters. The seller of the approximately 11,000 m² site on Sophie-Germain-Straße is Aurelis Asset GmbH. There is already a building permit for an office building with up to 24,000 m² of usable space for the property. The building, planned by Aurelis under the title “Ikon”, could have up to 17 storeys and would thus strikingly tower over its surroundings near the Steinbühl S-Bahn station.
JLL exclusively advised the buyer on the search and brokered the transaction.
