JLL advised the facilities management company on its search for premises
Wisag is moving into new office premises in the north-west of Nuremberg. At Rathsbergstraße 25, the building services provider has leased a space of around 950 m², of which 800 m² is for office use and 150 m² for logistics. The property was occupied for a long period by the automotive supplier Aptiv as the main tenant. Following its departure last year, the building – with a total lettable area of just over 15,000 m² – is now being let in smaller units. The owner is a private investor. JLL advised the tenant on their search for premises and brokered the lease agreement. The tenant is due to take possession of the premises in November this year.
