The JUNiCKE Group, a real estate investor active in northern and eastern Germany with a focus on logistics, light industrial real estate and corporate settlement, has acquired a light industrial property with an administration building in the Braunschweig region. The property has a plot area of around 25,000 m² and a total lettable area of 9,200 m², consisting of hall buildings, office space as well as technical and social areas.
The production and logistics site was originally developed with the construction of the first section of a production hall including a social wing and a separate administration building. Shortly afterwards, the second construction phase of the production hall followed.
The property is rented out on a long-term basis. Due to the importance of the site for special logistical and industrial processes, continued use is secured by a long-term lease.
The property impresses with its long-term rent commitment and attractive space layout. “The property complements our light industrial portfolio with a strategically relevant property in the Braunschweig region and underlines our expertise in the acquisition of high-yield industrial and commercial properties,” says Carl Jobst Junicke, Managing Partner of the JUNiCKE Group.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price. The mediation was carried out by Engel & Völkers.
