The property consultancy Savills is expanding its activities in the areas of facility management and building & project consultancy: with effect from 1 November, Maik Stützer will take up the position of Director of Business Development for Facility Management at Savills in Germany. He will report to Daniel Gerdelmann, Managing Director of Facility Management Germany, who is also responsible for the Building & Project Consultancy business line.

Maik Stützer has more than 15 years’ professional experience in technical facility management, sales and business development. Most recently, he was Sales Manager for Facility Services in the Western Region at Engie. Prior to that, he held management and sales positions at Grundfos, Caverion and Tectrion. His key areas of focus include developing growth strategies, acquiring new clients, strengthening existing client relationships and managing complex sales processes.

“At Savills, I can draw on all my experience in the fields of facility management and business development and, together with a strong team, tap into new market potential. I am particularly excited by the opportunity to drive forward the expansion of our facility management business and to build strong, long-term client relationships,” says Maik Stützer.

Daniel Gerdelmann adds: “Maik Stützer combines technical expertise, leadership experience and a track record of success in business development. He will make a significant contribution to the expansion of our facility management activities and our Building & Project Consultancy. By appointing him, Savills is underlining its commitment to expanding its advisory and management services across the entire property lifecycle and to providing comprehensive support to clients in an increasingly complex market environment.”
