NAI Global Team Achieves Milestone for IWG Expansion in Mexico City

The International Workplace Group (IWG), a global leader in flexible workspace, is consistently pushing ahead with its global expansion: The long-term securing of 3,600 m² of office space in Mexico City marks a further step on the way from 4,000 to 40,000 locations by 2030.

Under the leadership of NAI apollo Munich, a long-standing partner of IWG, the collaboration of several companies, including Tobias Schultheiß FRICS SIOR from Blackbird Real Estate GmbH, as International Desk for NAI Partners Germany, and Harold Hoekstra from NAI Mexico, quickly led to success. In the spring of this year, they jointly identified office space that perfectly fits IWG’s growth trajectory in Latin America.

Just a few weeks later, Hoekstra’s team found the ideal partner – a property owner in the center of Mexico City. The result: the conclusion of a managed client agreement for the long-term use of the 3,600 m². The agreement strengthens IWG’s presence in one of Latin America’s most important markets and is also the prelude to further projects. Negotiations are already underway with the same owner for four additional premium locations, underlining IWG’s continued pace of growth in the region.

“This is a prime example of what is possible when global vision meets trusted local expertise. And it is also proof of the strength of the NAI Global network – from Munich to Mexico City,” Schultheiß emphasizes.
