The premium estate agent DAHLER has appointed a new managing director for its Cologne office: Antonio Glavas has been in charge of the office since 1 November 2026. The property expert is already managing director of DAHLER’s Düsseldorf branch.
Dual role: Glavas is managing director in Cologne and Düsseldorf
Glavas has many years’ experience in the property sector. From 2010 to 2017, he worked as a self-employed estate agent, specialising in the letting of residential and commercial properties. He then moved to Von Poll Immobilien, where he managed the branch in Meerbusch as a self-employed estate agent. In the spring of 2022, he moved to DAHLER Düsseldorf, where he initially worked as branch manager and authorised signatory. He has been managing the branch’s operations since February 2026.
Commenting on his new role, Glavas says: “I am very much looking forward to taking on responsibility for DAHLER in Cologne as well. Whether it’s Lindenthal, Rodenkirchen or the city centre: Cologne’s premium property market is characterised by a wide variety of residential areas, property types and buyer groups. Supply, demand and prices are developing accordingly in the individual sub-markets. It will be crucial to interpret these developments correctly and to take the individual characteristics of each property into account when marketing it. Together with the Cologne team, I would like to further develop the office and strengthen our position in the premium segment.”
