REALOGIS Immobilien Düsseldorf GmbH, part of the REALOGIS Group – Germany’s leading consultancy firm for industrial and logistics property as well as commercial land – has brokered the letting of approximately 4,250 m² of lettable space at FlexCity Mülheim on behalf of eLing GmbH. Frasers Property owns the property and manages the asset itself.
eLing GmbH, which specialises in warehouse logistics, e-commerce and fulfilment, has secured long-term tenancy of the premises in the new building at Mellinghofer Straße 55/Kranbahnallee 12. The leased unit comprises around 3,500 m² of warehouse space, 400 m² of mezzanine space and 350 m² of office space.
Three loading bays, two Sprinter-sized doors and one ground-level door allow for deliveries using a variety of vehicle types. The clear height of the hall is around eight metres UKB. Facilities include an air-source heat pump and LED lighting. Another unit, matching the size and layout of the one leased by eLing, is still available for rent. Tenants in the immediate vicinity already include JW Fulfilment, amongst others.
FlexCity Mülheim, developed by Frasers Property Industrial, is situated on the site of the former Siemens Techno-Park. The business park covers an area of approximately 195,000 m² and offers flexible space for logistics and manufacturing companies, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. The new buildings, due for completion in 2026, will together comprise around 23,840 m² of lettable space. From this location in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region, it is around one kilometre to Mülheim Central Station, 2.7 kilometres to the A40 motorway and 17.6 kilometres to the Port of Duisburg.
