The Robert C. Spies Group has successfully supported the sale of a refurbished retail park in the Paderborn area. A family office from the Emsland region sold the property to a project developer based in Hamburg.
The retail park is located on a plot of around 6,000 m² and is leased on a long-term basis to the local supply providers Netto and KiK. Robert C. Spies’ analysis shows that the retail park has considerable potential for value appreciation, which can be realised in particular through a targeted reconfiguration of the rental space.
“The location in the greater Paderborn area combines a functioning local supply with concrete development prospects. It is precisely this combination that makes the property particularly attractive for investment and development-oriented buyers,” says Christoph-A.
