Robert C. Spies Gewerbe & Investment GmbH & Co. KG has successfully facilitated the letting of a retail space measuring approximately 170 m² in Bremen city centre. The new tenant is the jeweller Cohrs Edelmetall GmbH. The landlord is Commerz Real AG. The tenancy agreement was concluded for a term of five years. The tenancy commenced on 1 October 2026.
Cohrs Jewellers is therefore relocating from its current premises at Pelzerstraße 4 to Schüsselkorb 12a/14, where it will occupy the premises formerly used by Villeroy & Boch. The opening of the business, which specialises in jewellery and precious metals, is scheduled for mid-November 2026, once the refurbishment work has been completed.
