Savills launches operational phase for Building & Project Consultancy
Following the announcement last October, Savills is taking the next step and starting the operational phase for the Building & Project Consultancy (BPC) business line. The entry of Simon Tang, as Director and Head of Building & Project Consultancy – Region West at Savills in August 2025 and the start of Daniel Gerdelmann on 1 February 2026, who will lead the division throughout Germany, form the personnel foundation for the strategic expansion of the business unit. At the same time, their appointments mark the operational start of Savills’ Building & Project Consultancy business in Germany.
“In recent months, we have set the course for our new BPC business line and, in Daniel Gerdelmann, we now also have an expert who, in his leading role, will manage the interlinking of competencies and services from the various technical areas throughout Germany,” says Draženko Grahovac, CEO Germany at Savills. “Our goal is to offer advice from a single source that is implemented at a high level of quality. With our colleagues, who bring their know-how from the respective technical and commercial segments, we can respond to the needs of owners and users in a targeted and holistic manner.”
BPC covers consulting services from interior design planning to project management and technical transaction support. The business line includes the existing services of Construction Project Management, Technical Due Diligence, ESG Services and Workplace Consulting. In addition, BRICKBYTE’s offerings such as automated portfolio and space analyses or usage and utilization studies are now also bundled under BPC.
