New tenant for GEREON in Cologne’s city centre: PREVOR GmbH has leased around 530 m² of office space on the 4th floor of the office property at Gereonstraße 43–65 on a long-term basis. The company, which specialises in occupational safety, is expected to move into the new space on 1 July 2026. GEREON has a total of seven floors with an office space of around 6,900 m². The landlord of the property is an institutional owner. Savills acted as an advisor to the landlord side throughout the entire brokerage process as part of an exclusive lead mandate; the user page was accompanied by CBRE.
