The specialist courier service provider in the premium segment World Courier has leased around 800 m² of office space and 1,600 m² of logistics space in the Ammerkamp industrial park in Kirchheim and is expected to move into the location at Ammerthalstraße 2-32 at the beginning of 2026. World Courier is part of the global healthcare company Cencora and specialises in transport and courier solutions in the pharmaceutical sector – with the highest standards of temperature control, safety and reliability. The Ammerkamp business park is located in the municipality of Kirchheim in the eastern outskirts of Munich and offers a total of 30,100 m² of rental space with half of office and warehouse space. The property is part of the BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany IV and is managed by BEOS, Member of Swiss Life Asset Managers. During the entire leasing process, Savills acted exclusively for the user in an advisory and mediating capacity together with Ludwig Berthold GmbH.
