“With Sebastian Hönig and Jerremika Wilder, we are strengthening our team with two proven experts who will drive the expansion of our Building & Project Consultancy as well as our property and facility management services,” says Daniel Gerdelmann, adding: “Jerremika will further develop and shape business development in particular. Sebastian is responsible for the expansion of our digital infrastructure and designs a platform that enables efficient, holistic solutions and strengthens cross-departmental collaboration. In this way, we are dovetailing technical consulting, project management, and property and facility management even more closely and offering our customers integrated services from a single source.”

He gained experience in the real estate industry, including as Tech Lead at Union Investment, where he developed a platform for building use. “I am pleased to be part of Savills and to actively shape the digital development of the company,” says Sebastian Hönig. “My focus is on digital solutions that not only make internal processes more efficient, but above all offer our customers real added value.”
