The Silverton Group (Silverton) has leased around 950 square meters of office space at Otto-Hahn-Straße 10 in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf to Corall Ingenieure GmbH on a long-term basis. The engineering office for preventive fire protection will move into its new headquarters here at the beginning of 2026. The conclusion of the contract with the fire protection experts has increased the occupancy rate of the office property, which comprises a total of around 3,100 square metres of rental space, from 51 per cent to over 80 per cent.
The property is part of the Elephant portfolio, which Silverton acquired as a local partner together with EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, in 2019 and manages as an asset manager. The building is certified with the label “BREEAM Bestand gut”. Other tenants in the property include GEL Express Logistik and lehmann natur.
The three-storey property was built in 2006 on a plot of around 4,000 square metres. The property includes 64 outdoor and 19 underground car parking spaces including e-charging facilities. The property is very well connected to the motorway network due to the direct connection to the A44. In addition, local public transport is within walking distance.
Silverton was advised on the lease of Aruna Immobilien, Meerbusch. Dentons Europe (Germany) advised the landlords on legal issues; Antweiler Liebschwager Nieberding Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB for the tenant side. Corall Ingenieure GmbH was supported in technical details by apoprojekt GmbH, Düsseldorf, which will also implement the tenant fit-out.
Currently, individual spaces between around 400 square metres and 950 square metres on the 2nd floor are still available for potential tenants in the property.
