JLL brokers completely new development on the Rhine promenade
Eplan GmbH has leased 8,000 m² of office space on the Rhine promenade in Monheim am Rhein, south of Düsseldorf. The provider of software and services for engineering in the fields of electrical engineering, automation and mechatronics plans to move into the new space after completion, probably in November 2027. Until then, the company’s headquarters will be in the An der alten Ziegelei 2 property. JLL advised Eplan and brokered the lease as well as supporting it with technical and planning advice.
The owner and landlord of the new development is the Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Monheim am Rhein mbH. Goldbeck and Complemus are implementing the project according to the needs of the user. The property, which will be certified according to the DGNB Gold sustainability standard, is thus already fully let in advance. In addition, the urban development company has bought the property of the previous headquarters An der alten Ziegelei 2.
