New building on Fritz-Werner-Straße: 62 apartments are publicly subsidized
STADT UND LAND is launching another new construction project in Tempelhof-Schöneberg: A residential building with a total of 73 rental apartments is being built on the property at Fritz-Werner-Straße 45 / Kruckenbergstraße 40–64 in Berlin-Mariendorf. 62 apartments will be subsidized by the state of Berlin and rented to households with a housing eligibility certificate. In this way, STADT UND LAND is making a further contribution to more affordable housing in Berlin.
39 two-room, 23 three-room and eleven four-room apartments are planned. The new building fits into the existing surrounding buildings in terms of urban development and complements the housing supply in the quarter for different household sizes.
The project also includes an underground car park with 39 parking spaces. According to the current state of planning, completion is scheduled for the beginning of 2029; the apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy in mid-2029.
