SORAVIA has successfully sold the completely renovated serviced apartment building at Landwehrstraße 56. The property has been located in the southern station district for years and was sold as part of an asset deal.
The historic building from 1905 has been comprehensively revitalised and raised to new building level in terms of energy efficiency. In addition to the renewal of the building envelope and building services, a core renovation of all units was carried out.
Even before the sale, the long-term use was secured: The house is leased on a long-term basis to NUMA, a fast-growing international hospitality operator. On around 2,500 square metres, the property now offers 50 fully equipped apartments, as well as two commercial units and ten parking spaces.
