PASENDIA, investment manager, advisor and capital partner for corporate real estate transactions, is expanding its management team: Teresa Dreo-Tempsch will become Managing Director of the company on October 1, 2026. The experienced finance and real estate expert has already been working as an Independent Senior Advisor for PASENDIA since May 2026. With her appointment to the management board, the company is responding to the dynamic growth in mandates.
In recent months, Dreo-Tempsch has supported PASENDIA in the strategic development of its existing business as well as in selected advisory mandates and direct investments. A special focus was placed on the representation of real estate companies and investors in refinancing, refinancing and restructuring situations as well as in the restructuring of shareholdings. This cooperation will now be permanently anchored with her appointment to the management board

Dreo-Tempsch can look back on more than 25 years in management positions at financial institutions and in the real estate industry in Germany and Austria. Most recently, she was a member of the Board of Management for Market at Berlin Hyp AG. There, her division included sales, treasury and portfolio management with a financing volume of around 27 billion euros. Previously, she was a member of the Management Board of ARWAG Holding AG, a real estate investor and developer with a focus on affordable housing, in Vienna. From 2009 to 2019, she was Senior Vice President at UniCredit Bank AG, where she headed the commercial real estate business in Germany with a volume of around 16 billion euros.
