JLL brokers 620 m² as part of an asset management mandate for Deka
Only Stores Germany GmbH is expanding in Rostock. The fashion concept has rented a total of 620 m² for the new store at Kröpeliner Str. 16, in a prime downtown location. Of this, around 470 m² is intended for sales space on the ground floor and the remaining space for storage and staff rooms on the first floor. Only took over the shop a few days ago and will open soon after the renovation. The owner of the now fully let commercial building with a total of 1,060 m² is Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH. JLL advised Deka Immobilien as part of an asset management mandate and brokered the lease.
