EXPO REAL 2025 clearly showed: The industry is changing – drive yes, euphoria no. There is a necessary rethinking and housekeeping, strategies are being reviewed, priorities are being rearranged. Stakeholders are moving closer together, acting more selectively and at the same time more innovatively – AI and sustainability are shaping the new self-image. Social infrastructure in particular is finally being recognized as a critical foundation for prosperity and the economy. This is exactly where the real opportunities lie – and we at NEXT Generation Invest feel vindicated in our strategy: Green and social infrastructure form the future viability of the industry.
