OFB buys land at Berlin’s Holzmarkt – development of an urban mixed-use quarter

OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH has acquired a 7,100 square metre plot of land on Holzmarktstraße in Berlin-Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. A sustainable, mixed-use quarter with 35,000 square metres is being developed on the site, combining working, living and shopping.
