CapMan Real Estate and AP Pension acquire the Scandic Webers Hotel in Copenhagen

CapMan Real Estate, together with AP Pension, has acquired the Scandic Webers Hotel in Copenhagen for the CMNRE IV fund as part of a 50:50 joint venture. The 152-room hotel (approx. 7,400 sq m) is to undergo extensive modernisation. Completion of the transaction is subject to EU merger control approval.

Livory acquires another plot of land in Berlin-Lichtenberg

Livory has acquired a further plot of land at 191 Siegfriedstraße in Berlin-Lichtenberg. The plan is to develop 9,515 m² of lettable space on the 5,000 m² site, comprising 7,065 m² of residential space and 2,450 m² of commercial space. The seller is Trei Real Estate; no details have been disclosed regarding the purchase price.
