The European real estate company Covivio has commissioned the VIVIT Group with the leasing management of the Airport Business Center in Düsseldorf. VIVIT is an investment, rental and asset manager as well as portfolio developer specializing in office, residential and commercial real estate.
The Airport Business Center (ABC) is located at Franz-Rennefeld-Weg 2-6 in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf Airport. The neighbourhood is characterised by a balanced mix of office buildings, local amenities and residential buildings. In total, the ABC comprises around 12,200 square metres of office space and 256 parking spaces. The owner, Covivio, is aiming for a BREEAM certification of “very good”, which confirms the sustainability of the property. In addition to car parking spaces, e-charging stations and bicycle parking spaces are also available for tenants.
The Airport Business Center impresses with its high visibility and benefits significantly from its direct location on the A52. This strategic connection enables fast routes to Düsseldorf city centre, Düsseldorf International Airport, the Ruhr area and the Breitscheid motorway junction, which ensures an excellent east-west connection.
