As of January 1, 2026, 3PM Services will take over commercial and technical property management for the already completed first construction phase of the mixed-use ensemble FÜRST on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. The client is the project company PLSP, which has now entrusted 3PM directly with the mandate after a successful cooperation.
As early as January 2025, 3PM Services was initially commissioned as a subcontractor of the former property manager CELLS. With the direct mandate that has now been concluded, the owner is committed to continuing the cooperation and fully relying on the operational and strategic expertise of 3PM Services.
The FÜRST is one of the defining properties on Berlin’s western boulevard and combines different types of use in a large-volume ensemble. The future total lettable area of the FÜRST is around 106,000 m², of which approx. 21,580 m² has been completed and let as part of the first construction phase. In addition to office space, the first construction phase includes retail, catering, event and storage areas and a multi-storey car park with 527 car parking spaces. Tenants include Mindspace, REWE, RTL, CELLS and Q-Park.
