The IPH Group is further expanding its growth course in the area of center management. Two new mandates and the long-term extension of three existing mandates are decisive for this. This will increase the number of shopping centres served by IPH to 22 at the beginning of 2026.
The new mandates are the City-Center Bergedorf in Hamburg of the owner Principal Asset Management® and the Osnabrück Kamp Promenade of DEKA Immobilien. The shopping centers for which IPH’s management mandate has been extended are City Galerie Aschaffenburg (mandated by Principal Asset Management®), Bahnhofspassagen Potsdam (mandated by Revcap) and Stachus Passagen München (mandated by Argon GmbH).
“We still see a lot of potential for qualified growth in the center management segment in the future. Although sometimes misjudged as yesterday’s asset class, shopping centers can also function very well in today’s market environment – even in smaller cities. In order for shopping centres to continue to be successful in the future, it requires a location-specific strategy as well as its consistent implementation,” says Lars Jähnichen, Managing Director of the IPH Group.
“Of course, new mandates are essential for our growth course. At the same time, we see the mandate extensions above all as the best reference. They show the satisfaction of our customers and thus the success of our respective center strategy as well as our implementation expertise,” explains Marcus Eggers, Managing Director of IPH Centermanagement.
