HIH Invest Real Estate has won a new tenant for the Haus der Höfe at Joseph-Beuys-Allee 2-6 in Bonn. FSC is leasing around 4,600 square metres of office space in the DGNB Gold-certified property on a long-term basis. This means that the property managed by HIH Invest will remain fully let in the long term.
“The rental space will be adapted to the needs of the new user in 2026. This results in floor plan structures that promote communication and interaction within the workforce,” explains Roland Scherer, Head of Letting Management Düsseldorf. The move-in is scheduled for summer 2026. The lease agreement with the previous user was terminated prematurely by mutual agreement, as the company is merging its space elsewhere.
The four-storey office property with a total of 7,927 square metres is located near the Museum Mile in Bonn. It was built in 2019 and has an underground car park with 90 parking spaces and three generously designed, green inner courtyards, which serve as representative reception and lounge areas. The transport connections via Bonn Central Station and the regional train station ‘UN-Campus’ opposite the building as well as a nearby underground station and the proximity to the A61 and A59 motorways guarantee excellent accessibility.
“The Haus der Höfe offers modern and efficient office space in a high-quality, sustainably certified building. The convenient location in the immediate vicinity of Bonn’s Museum Mile and the attractive surroundings make the location particularly interesting for organizations such as FSC. In close coordination with the previous tenant, we have succeeded in implementing a viable solution and thus securing another reliable tenant for the property,” says Ken Kuhnke, Head of Large Tenant Support at HIH Real Estate.
The marketing was carried out by Colliers’ Cologne office.
