The auditing firm LOHR+COMPANY is expected to move into around 2,200 m² in the Sky Office at Kennedydamm 24 in mid-2026. The company, which was founded in 2001, has another location in Vienna, and in Düsseldorf it is moving from Rochusstraße. In the future, LOHR+COMPANY will be located on the tenth and eleventh floors of the Sky Office. In total, the 89-metre-high property has a total area of around 30,500 m². Savills advised the tenant on the lease under an exclusive mandate.
