HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG (HMG) has successfully completed the full letting of its NEO office building in Knesebeckstraße in Berlin-Charlottenburg. With the lease agreements with Pair Finance GmbH as well as AFRY Deutschland GmbH and Cycle Concepts Germany GmbH for a total of approx. 2,700
The NEO property is located in an attractive location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, not far from the Kurfürstendamm. It combines high-quality architecture with flexible space concepts that are tailored to modern working environments. The property meets high requirements in terms of functionality, quality of stay and sustainability and is therefore particularly suitable for fast-growing and innovation-oriented companies.
Pair Finance GmbH, a dynamically growing FinTech company specializing in digital solutions in receivables management, is moving in. The tenant structure is complemented by AFRY Deutschland GmbH, part of an international engineering, design and consulting company with a focus on sustainable projects in the areas of infrastructure, energy and industry. Both companies not only bring long-term perspectives, but also a clear proximity to topics such as digitalization, climate change and transformation. On the ground floor, ROFORM, a reformer Pilates brand of Cycle Concepts Germany GmbH, will be an innovative fitness offer. Cycle Concepts operates the indoor cycling brand Rocycle, among other things, and is expanding its offering with ROFORM, a boutique studio format with growing urban demand. The use strengthens the quality of stay on the ground floor and creates synergies with the office offer in the building.
