IMMANO, which specialises in the management, leasing and sale of real estate and is headquartered in Leipzig and has branches in Berlin, Dresden and Munich, was looking for a new location for its main branch in Leipzig as part of space optimisation. To this end, Aengevelt Immobilien brokered a long-term lease agreement for around 480 m² of modern office space in the office/commercial building complex at Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 48 B in the Neustadt-Neuschönefeld district close to the city centre. The landlord of the property with around 5,700 m² of rental space is the investment company CONREN Land AG, which achieves an outstanding occupancy rate of around 90% in the ensemble with this deal. The lease will start at the end of 2025. IMMANO Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH will then move its Leipzig headquarters from the Reudnitz district here.
